What is Instinct Acting?

‘Instinct Acting’ is a term used to describe an approach to acting which focuses on the actor responding ‘instinctively’ to a set of stimuli in order to create believable and engaging performances.

Instinct Acting assists students to identify their natural instinctive behaviours. Over time students develop an awareness which enables them to use their instinctive behaviours to create and sustain believable and engaging performances for both stage and screen.
